Potential Immigration Enforcement

Gov. Mills, Portland and Lewiston mayors brace for potential immigration enforcement operations.

​

​Gov. Janet Mills as well as the mayors of Portland and Lewiston said Wednesday that they are preparing for an increase in federal immigration enforcement in the two cities next week.

 

But the details of any potential operation remain unclear. And Mills had strong words for the federal government.
